Our journeys into self-discovery and self-growth are constantly inviting us into a coming back to the body. like so many of us on this path, you may be coming up against the ancestral lineages of shame, mistrust & fear linked to BE-ing in the body. fully, juicily, unapologetically. what I call "savouring life". FULLY.

this is what a large part of our journeys through life comes down to. a part of us knows of this stream. and as we take steps down the path back home to our true selves, we listen with open-eyed wonder to the stories of those who have anchored themselves firmly back into that stream.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
can we trust it? we wonder. when the whole world seems to reflect mostly worry, suffering and hardships. it does feel risky to our human hearts to contemplate there might be another way.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
walking the journey is what will bring you there, yourself. there’s nothing “more” that needs to be “done”. at first, you will catch tiny glimpses of this stream. an unexpected moment here, then there, where you feel yourself immersed and held within it. those moments will live within your being, vibrating with the clear promise that comes with the lived experience of something. and gradually, you will find yourself, anchoring deeply, steadfastly within that stream.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
it comes with not just ease and grace. it’s an immersion into harmony, peace, serenity, bliss, deep joy, gratitude, and the knowing (gnosis) of always being supported. by life itself.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
