as you come into circle with the Ancestors, today, request their help in identifying and releasing what is ready to go. you see,⁠

⋆⋆⋆ sometimes, we get so caught up in the surface things of life... which doesn't necessarily mean superficial... more like the daily eddies that request our full presence and attention... and for a while there, the deeper layers go unnoticed, unpresenced. there's a build-up. times like these, where we sit with things and ask for help, can feel like deep deep medicine for our hearts and soul.⁠

⋆⋆⋆ sometimes, you may still feel attached to whatever it is that is ready to go... and you're actively resisting the process of releasing --- your subconscious hands holding a tight grip around what you feel is already slipping away, its ghostly form all that remains... again, sitting with this in an intentional, supported practice (in this setting, with your ancestors) can bring incredible relief and healing.⁠
