Refund Policy – Digital products

We follow the directives under European Consumer Law. Unless otherwise stated on a specific product’s sales page, we issue refunds when you request them via email (to hello@kathleensaelens.com):
• for digital books—no refunds as this is a digital product which you have immediate access to in its entirety.
• for digital courses—within 14 days of purchase for courses that are NOT accessible in their entirety. No refunds will be given for digital courses that you have immediate access to in their entirety.
• for online group programmes—within 14 days of purchase
• and for online events and workshops—through the day of the event going live

We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.

Cancellation Policy

Detailed below are policies for cancellation of appointments, lateness and technology issues for all coaching/mentoring sessions. Please bear in mind that when you enter into a coaching and mentoring relationship, you step into a commitment towards yourself, and towards me. Due diligence in timely payments and timely scheduling/notifications of issues is part of that commitment.

Booking Policy
To secure your booking, sessions must be paid for in full at least 5 working days in advance. Please try to schedule an extra 15 mins in your calendar following your session, in case we over-run for any reason.

Lateness
Please ensure you arrive on time for your appointment, whether this is for a face-to-face session or virtually. Time has been blocked out for your session and I will have pre-planned specific things to be covered during that time. Arriving late at a session may mean that we aren’t able to cover everything required. I reserve the right to shorten the length of the appointment in order to stay on schedule for my other clients, or to reschedule the booking. If lateness occurs on more than two occasions I reserve the right to cancel the sessions completely. No refunds will be given.

Please always let me know if you are running late. If you do not arrive for your session at all, whether in person/online, and have not communicated with me prior, I will log the session as a “DNA” – Did Not Attend and your session will be forfeited (meaning, the full amount of the session will be charged, no refund, and cannot be rebooked).

Cancellation Policy
If you have pre-paid for a session and would like to cancel that session; I have a 12-hour, no exception cancellation policy.
Sessions cancelled before the 12-hour timemark will be rescheduled.
Please refer to the Package-specific agreement you have signed for more information about cancellation.

Technology Issues
If for any reason we aren’t able to hold our call due to technology then we will reschedule the booking. We use Zoom for all meetings. If for any reason that method fails then it may mean that the session will need to be held by phone. Failing that we can reschedule. Refunds will not be made as there is a phone option and the cancellation policy still applies.
